What You’ll Do:
Oversee complex and high-value draw requests from submission through funding.
Review and validate inspection data via Inspectify and Truepic, ensuring progress aligns with budgeted scope.

Collaborate with the Servicing team on loans in arrears or nearing maturity.
Maintain organized draw records and communications in HubSpot (or equivalent CRM).
Partner with third-party inspectors to ensure timely photo and report delivery.
Coordinate with borrowers on change orders, discrepancies, or scope clarifications.
Lead and contribute to continuous process improvements that enhance efficiency and borrower experience.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in construction draw management, draw analysis, or related roles (Construction Draw Analyst, Construction Draw Specialist, Construction Draw Administrator, Draw Management Specialist, Disbursement Analyst, Disbursement Specialist, etc.).
Direct experience in business purpose lending is required (Construction Loans, Fix-and-Flip Loans, Rehab Loans, etc.).
Prior experience reviewing and finalizing rehab budgets, feasibility reports, and inspections.
An understanding of construction lending, holdbacks, and project lifecycle management.
Expertise with Inspectify, Truepic, or related inspection platforms; Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRMs (HubSpot preferred).
Confident communicator capable of handling both borrower and internal escalations; Prior experience mentoring team members or leading QA reviews is a plus.
Exposure to lean, fast-paced startups in the property technology (PropTech), financial technology (FinTech), or related industries a plus.
