DISCO is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Associate to join our growing International organisation based in London. We are looking for a professional candidate who is passionate about assisting in the continued growth of our Enterprise Client sector, is eager to learn from our experienced team and is ready to make a meaningful impact at DISCO.

Your Impact

In this role, you will support DISCO Enterprise Client's growth strategy. You will play a pivotal role in developing, managing and delivering go-to-market initiatives, sales pursuits and deal cycles. The work will be fast-paced and highly varied, involving direct interaction with top legal and risk professionals across the globe. Your efforts will help accelerate and advance conversations and deliverables that lead directly to new logo attainment and revenue growth. Through our employee onboarding experience and DISCO University, you’ll learn about our business, the legal industry and the legal technology sector, focusing on our solutions that solve data-intensive challenges related to disputes, investigations, privacy and regulatory matters. You’ll be educated about the cutting-edge use of Generative AI in law practice and DISCO’s market-leading position in such advancements.

What You’ll Do:

  • Working directly for DISCO’s Global VP of Enterprise Markets, you’ll be mentored daily and exposed to the entire sales process and the management of key accounts to drive new successful deal closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members on substantive, time-sensitive tasks with colleagues , including Legal, Finance, Commercial Strategy, Marketing, Client Success, Professional Services, Sales Operations, Sales Leadership and Executive Leadership to help solve challenges and manage the sales cycle.
  • Actively participate in both client-facing and internal calls with direct responsibility for the distribution of meeting summaries as well as defining, managing and delivering on follow-up items.
  • Keep internal resources updated on key deals and client discussions via direct communications, executive summaries, and updates to company systems, such as Salesforce.
  • Manage and drive client-specific special projects, such as product pilots, coordinating internal resources and managing the project plan.
  • Handle inbound enquiries from internal and external sources, defining the request and then triaging and prioritising the response.
  • Through independent research and analysis, you’ll provide essential findings and deliverables to company executives across various topics.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to comprehensively present strategic issues and solutions to sales leaders and teammates.
  • A person who works well managing multiple tasks in parallel and can efficiently identify problems and handle internal/external enquiries and issues.
  • Ideally, you have experience with Salesforce, SmartSheets, SalesLoft, DocuSign, and Google Suite.
  • Skilled at organising, analysing and presenting data in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Skilled at designing presentations in Google Slides.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Law Degree preferred.
  • Available, from time to time, to work outside regular UK business hours to support global tasks.
  • Available to work in a hybrid environment, spending time in our London office each week.

Measures of success

  • DISCO’s Enterprise Client sector is looking to double its revenue contribution by the end of 2024, and this role will be instrumental in supporting this goal.
  • The Associate, Enterprise Markets will accelerate individual deal cycles and the overall Enterprise pipeline.
