Your Impact

The Manager, Business Intelligence is responsible for leading Business Intelligence Analysts, managing data analysis, driving the development of data pipelines, and facilitating the generation of data-driven insights which shape decision-making across the organization. They play a critical part in developing and implementing Business Intelligence strategies and ensuring the availability of accurate and actionable information for key stakeholders.

What You'll Do

Team Leadership: Manages and mentors the Business Intelligence team, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Analyst Development: Teaches analysts the business acumen, data modeling, quantitative methods, and technical skills needed to effectively interact with the company’s data.
Data Analysis and Insights: Oversees data analysis and interpretation, transforming complex data sets into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
Report and Dashboard Development: Collaborates with business leaders to drive development of reports and dashboards via development by BI analysts
BI Tools and Platforms: Evaluates and implements Business Intelligence tools and platforms to enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities

Who You Are

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, or related roles.
Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or AWS QuickSight.
Experience in developing data pipelines within relational databases
Experience in team management
Experience working with SLT or C-level leaders
Strong knowledge of business intelligence concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication and presentation skills for conveying complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
General knowledge of micro-economics

Even Better If You Have...

Hands on Experience with Python development.
Hands on experience developing data pipelines using DBT.
Experience driving data warehouse development requirements.
