Your Impact

As the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Operations at DISCO, you will play a critical role in driving the global operational efficiency, effectiveness and scalability of our organization. You will oversee all aspects of operations, including Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, Business Intelligence and Technology. The SVP of Operations reports to the CEO and will collaborate closely with the senior leadership team to develop and execute strategies and planning that support our growth objectives while ensuring operational excellence and minimizing risk.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of operations, including Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Client Operations, Business Operations, Business Intelligence and Technology.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans globally to optimize operational efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including Engineering, Product Management, Go-To-Market, and Finance, to align operational goals with overall business objectives.
  • Develop strategies and deploy tactics to attain short- and long-term financial and mission-critical operational goals.
  • Drive a global culture of operational excellence, innovation, and accountability across the organization.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing operations team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge.
  • Develop operating budgets and ensure compliance with best-practice standards and regulations.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in operations leadership roles within the B2B technology industry, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and delivering results.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective short and long-term strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in driving process improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency gains.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead teams through change and ambiguity.
