Your Impact

As the Director of Integrated Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving the flawless execution of our ABM initiatives. You'll be the strategic linchpin, ensuring cohesive communication and collaboration between Marketing, Finance, Product, Sales, and Customer Success functions. By establishing clear processes and fostering information exchange, you'll be instrumental in delivering a unified customer journey and consistent brand messaging, with a particular focus on high-value target accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Marketing leadership to translate high-level ABM strategies into actionable campaign plans with clearly defined goals and objectives for targeted accounts.
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel ABM campaigns, leveraging a deep understanding of the ABM landscape and best practices.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that facilitates open communication and knowledge sharing between internal marketing teams, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring alignment on ABM efforts.
  • Develop and implement robust communication channels and processes to ensure alignment and transparency across all ABM endeavors.
  • Oversee the meticulous execution of integrated ABM campaigns across various channels, managing timelines, budgets, and resources with strategic efficiency.
  • Leverage data analytics to assess ABM campaign performance and identify areas for optimization, partnering with Marketing leadership to implement data-driven refinements specific to ABM strategy.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the latest marketing technologies and ABM best practices, recommending and implementing solutions to streamline operations and maximize efficiency in driving account engagement.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key internal stakeholders (Product, Sales, Finance, Customer Success), fostering a collaborative ecosystem that drives successful ABM campaign execution.

Who You Are

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a minimum of 5 years focused on leading and executing successful ABM campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively bridge communication gaps and cultivate collaborative environments.
  • Strong project management and organizational acumen, adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with marketing project management tools and workflows, with a specific focus on ABM campaign management platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement within the ABM framework.

Base salary: 150-180K + bonus + RSUs

$150,000$180,000 USD
