Sales Development Representative

Do you want to build your sales career at one of the fast-growing high-tech companies in Austin?
DISCO is looking for ambitious and driven Sales Development Representatives to join our growing sales team, doing outreach to lawyers, law firms, and corporations. In this role, you will produce new sales qualified leads to fuel the sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and setting meetings for our field sales team.
Your Impact
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) focuses on strategic outbound outreach targeting individual lawyers, law firms, and corporations. They play a crucial role in generating revenue by identifying, contacting, qualifying, and scheduling meetings with prospects. Additionally, SDRs are tasked with learning and honing skills essential for career progression within the sales domain.
What You'll Do
- Client Relationships: Initiates professional communication with key decision-makers. Ensures positive representation of DISCO, establishing the foundation for fruitful relationships.
- Opportunity Generation & Qualification: Engages with prospects, identifies pain points, decision making process and proposes DISCO solutions to assessed needs. Directs promising opportunities to account executives for further nurturing.
- Campaign Execution: Implement specific outreach campaigns for assigned sectors or territories. Monitors campaign effectiveness, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjusting as necessary.
- Data Management: Records all prospect interactions in Salesforce with accuracy. Upholds high data quality standards, ensuring that information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Self Management & Development: Strives to meet and exceed set performance quotas in a professionally competitive setting. Demonstrates an imperturbable demeanor when faced with numerous rejections, maintaining enthusiasm and determination with each new prospect. Continuously enriches sales and product knowledge, ensuring preparedness to address client queries and objections.
Who You Are
- Basic understanding and eagerness to learn about the legal domain and the technological needs of legal professionals.
- Shows sales aptitude, and demonstrates a willingness to be coached and quick to implement new approaches.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to manage time efficiently; capability to address and overcome potential objections.
- Aptitude for multitasking in a fast-paced environment; innate capacity to build rapport with prospective clients and understand their needs.
Even Better If You Have
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with or exposure to the SaaS industry.
