Overview

DISCO’s people team is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is crucial in driving the full-cycle recruitment process for some of our most complex and critical positions across the organization. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully hiring top talent in challenging functional areas like Engineering, Finance, and Professional Services. This position offers the opportunity to act as a strategic partner to our leadership, influencing talent strategy and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

What you’ll do

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Expertly manage the end-to-end recruitment process for mid-to-senior level roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines for hard-to-fill, complex roles in fields such as software engineering, technical sales, consulting, and finance.
  • Business Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and hiring managers, consulting on market intelligence, talent trends, and effective hiring best practices to meet business objectives.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure all candidates have a positive, engaging, and professional experience, maintaining exceptional communication and providing a clear understanding of the company's culture and value proposition.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, candidate quality) to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven process enhancements.
  • Process Excellence: Maintain data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure all recruiting practices comply with local and federal employment laws.

Who you are

  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on roles across multiple, complex domains, including Engineering, Finance, and Professional Services.
  • Proven success in sourcing and closing passive candidates for highly specialized roles.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to manage key stakeholder relationships at all levels.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).

  • Hybrid Recruiting Background: Significant experience working as an Internal/Corporate Recruiter (understanding company culture and retention) AND as an External Agency Recruiter (excelling in high-volume sourcing and speed-to-market).
