The Role

GreenLite is hiring its first full-time B2B Marketing Manager to own marketing from strategy to execution. You’ll shape the foundation of our marketing engine, define how the world learns about GreenLite, and drive measurable growth across the funnel. This is a high-impact role for a full-stack marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to support a sales-led go-to-market motion, and is excited to shape a new category in tech-enabled, AI-powered permitting.

You’ll work closely with our founders, sales, partnerships, and customer operations teams to build our brand, generate qualified leads, and position GreenLite as the definitive solution in construction permitting. You’ll also have the opportunity to leverage the latest AI tools and platforms to accelerate campaign development, improve personalization, and optimize team efficiency.



What you’ll be doing

On any given day, you can expect to do the following key activities:

1. Own B2B marketing strategy and planning

  • Develop and execute a quarterly marketing strategy aligned to company and growth/sales goals

  • Define and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI across channels

  • Build a data-driven approach to campaign planning, attribution, and measurement

  • Identify opportunities to use AI tools to increase velocity and reduce manual effort across the funnel

2. Drive demand generation and lead growth

  • Launch and optimize digital campaigns (email, LinkedIn, search/social) that generate qualified pipeline, using generative AI to personalize outreach and accelerate copy development

  • Build and refine performance marketing programs to support enterprise sales outreach

  • Build marketing workflows and systems using HubSpot and other automation tools

3. Build our brand, content, and communications foundation

  • Oversee creation of content across formats (website copy, pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, blog, video, and social)

  • Own the GreenLite website and organic presence to support awareness and lead capture

  • Ensure clear, consistent messaging across channels to resonate with builders, developers, and partners

4. Enable the sales and partnerships teams

  • Create compelling collateral, email campaigns, and playbooks to support sales cycles

  • Partner closely with sales to ensure tight feedback loops and messaging alignment

  • Contribute to joint go-to-market efforts with channel partners and strategic collaborators

5. Execute high-impact campaigns and events (once function scales)

  • Plan and manage our presence at key conferences and industry events

  • Support invite-only client dinners, partner events, and local market activations

  • Run omnichannel campaigns that mix digital, print, PR, and events to reach buyers

6. Build foundational marketing ops and analytics

  • Define and track key metrics (CAC, CPL, MQLs, attribution, etc.)

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance with clear recommendations

  • Set up templates, processes, and automations that scale with the team

How you’ll be evaluated

We will define specific goals together for your first 30, 60, and 90 days:

  • Qualified leads generated

  • Pipeline impact

  • Campaign execution velocity

  • Marketing infrastructure setup

  • Sales team support & enablement

What we’re looking for

  • 5-8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a startup or tech-enabled services

  • Proven success in demand generation and digital marketing, with experience using AI tools to scale or enhance campaign execution

  • Experience owning strategy and execution across multiple marketing functions (brand, content, performance, ops)

  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with sales, partnerships, and product teams

  • Strong writer and communicator with the ability to create content that simplifies complexity

  • Data-driven mindset with experience using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other tools

  • Self-starter with a builder mentality who thrives in ambiguity and takes full ownership

  • Bonus: Experience marketing a tech-enabled service, AI-powered product, or in construction tech / proptech
