Imandra is seeking a Product Delivery Specialist who wants to take a central role at a leading-edge AI startup. Imandra’s Automated Reasoning technology is changing the way things work in critical algorithm-heavy industries such as financial markets, and we require an individual who can understand our deeply technical products and help drive their success. As a commercially minded candidate, you’ll be front and center of our customer-facing activities, working with Senior Management and Technical Teams to deliver groundbreaking features our customers trust and love.

The Role and Responsibilities
The role includes a broad range of responsibilities, including:
- Develop a technical understanding of Automated Reasoning and our products
- As a customer-facing product delivery expert, you will build a strong, collaborative relationship with our clients and partners. We believe that first impressions count and the initial “wow” factor will deepen the relationship and pave the way for organic growth
- Take the lead role in the customer deployment of our products, ensuring timely project delivery and completion
- Centrally coordinate and prioritise product delivery by working with internal stakeholders, partners and clients
- Define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members and ensure that those deliverables are understood
- Run end-to-end project management for large-scale deliveries. This includes pre-sales planning and budgeting
- Provide comprehensive project documentation with detailed records of the project's progress
- Identifying improvement opportunities both for Imandra and our clients
