LoudCrowd empowers brands to sell more effectively through creators by building Creator Storefronts on their eCommerce platforms. We collaborate with some of the world’s most exciting brands, including LOFT, Pretty Little Thing, Dolce Vita, and Kohls, to transform their websites into creator-centric shopping experiences. Creators can curate their favorite products and drive sales directly from personalized pages.
What you’ll do:
As a Client Strategist, you will:
- Maintain ownership over accounts with some of the most exciting brands in the world (like LOFT, Dolce Vita, Pretty Little Thing, Boohoo, Crocs, Kohls).
- Drive key success metrics including NDR, account growth, revenue retention, and accurate forecasting.
- Build strong, reference-able working relationships with your clients from entry-level to C-level executive.
- Conduct in-depth research on clients’ industries and objectives to offer tailored best practices, advice, and strategic guidance.
- Effectively communicate progress on monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the implementation of affiliate, eCommerce, and ambassador programs, ensuring seamless execution.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by demonstrating integrity, proactive follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Sales and Product to optimize client experiences, driving retention and gross merchandise value (GMV).
- Address high-priority issues swiftly, managing escalations to resolution.
- Take on additional projects and assignments as needed to support the team and company growth.
Who you are:
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, eCommerce, customer success, or in service-driven roles (such as teaching, hospitality, or account management) where you've honed your skills in building relationships and driving outcomes.
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels, from entry-level staff to senior executives.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
- Self-motivated, adaptable problem-solver, able to thrive in dynamic situations and de-escalate critical issues.
- Comfortable stepping into unfamiliar situations, developing creative solutions, de-escalating critical issues, ensuring clients are positioned for success.
- Passionate about driving client success and committed to continuous improvement.
- Comfortable in presentation creation and spreadsheet management.
