Hello there! We're RealWork Labs, a dedicated crew of innovators based in Austin, Texas. We're in the business of helping home service providers build online trust with homeowners, and we're pretty good at it, if we do say so ourselves.
We've built a hyper-local content platform that allows service providers to easily share their work through videos, reviews, and photos tied to their job site location. It's all about quality and trust with us, and we're proud to say our platform has proven its worth by helping our clients establish a strong online presence and build trust with their customers.
RealWork Labs is based 100% in the US and headquartered in Austin, TX.
The Role:
We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team. If you're passionate about sales and are driven to succeed, you're just who we're looking for. Your role? Be the voice of RealWork Labs, turning prospects into satisfied customers. We're all about empowering you to do what you do best - engaging customers and writing your own success story.
Location: In-Office Required - Austin, Texas

What You'll Do

  • Use tools like Salesforce to generate and set new sales demonstrations
  • Understand our prospective customer needs and showcase how RealWork Labs can provide solutions.
  • Master the art of managing and overcoming objections in a transactional (one call close) sales cycle.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales demo set and revenue goals.
  • Successfully engage prospects through cold-calling to set up product demos.
  • Participate in daily sales meetings where we'll share strategies for success and learn from each other's experiences.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Preferred; 1-2 years of previous sales experience, with a proven history of exceeding targets.
  • Experience in transactional sales outbound over the phone/computer to Small Businesses.
  • A collaborative mindset and low ego - we believe in winning together.
  • Self-starter attitude and an intrinsic motivation to succeed.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to approach challenges with fresh ideas.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills over the phone.
  • Bonus points if you have Salesforce experience or a background in advertising, leads, ads.
