We created a hyper-local content platform to enable service provider teams to easily capture videos, reviews, and photos tied to job site location. The Role:
The key to growth is a high-performing sales team; come join an organization that will empower you to do what you do best - close successful deals and write your own check. As the first and last line of communication turning prospects into customers, ideal Sales Representatives have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at overcoming objections, closing sales demos, and partnering with top of funnel support to ensure successful deal cycles. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills, and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
Location: In-Office Required - Austin, Texas
Responsibilities
- Utilize Salesforce, VanillaSoft, demo rotation, outbound phone calls, and email to generate and close new sales opportunities
- Identify prospective customer needs and highlight solutions offered via RealWork Labs
- Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections in a transactional (one call close) sales cycle
- Consistently meet or exceed sales demonstration and revenue goals
- Effectively manage our curated and pre-sourced leads to set successful product demonstrations
- Participate in daily sales meetings to share strategies for success and learn from others
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of previous SaaS sales experience required, with a proven history of exceeding targets
- Previous President’s Club (or similar) attainment
- Collaborative mindset and low ego required; we win together
- You are a self-starter and intrinsically motivated to succeed
- You are a creative thinker with the ability to approach challenges with new ideas
- You are a great communicator and an active listener via phone
- Salesforce experience a plus
