Hello there! We're RealWork Labs, a dedicated crew of innovators based in Austin, Texas. We're in the business of helping home service providers build online trust with homeowners, and we're pretty good at it, if we do say so ourselves.
We've built a hyper-local content platform that allows service providers to easily share their work through videos, reviews, and photos tied to their job site location. About the Role:
The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue through the effective management of a blended team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading teams in both positions and will demonstrate a strong ability to coach, motivate, and strategize to achieve sales goals in a transactional / one call close environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a blended team of SDRs and AEs, ensuring they meet and exceed targets.
  • Develop and execute robust sales strategies aligned with the company's goals, and adapt as needed to meet the dynamic market environment.
  • Analyze sales trends and provide accurate forecasting, delivering regular updates to senior management.
  • Assist in recruiting top sales talent and provide ongoing training and support to ensure continued growth and development.
  • Set clear performance expectations, evaluate team performance, and implement performance improvement plans if necessary.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in a transactional / one call close SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading both SDRs and AEs, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to create and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of the Home Services industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and understanding of CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
