SchooLinks is seeking an Instructional Designer to develop age appropriate lesson plans &amp; supporting materials. The ideal candidate should have both curriculum design and practical teaching experience with a sufficient amount of experience in the development of the curriculum and curriculum materials in the digital space. This position will be a contract role during the summer of 2025. Primary responsibilities <ul> <li>Design age-appropriate lesson plans </li> <li>Produce supporting resources, such as worksheets, powerpoint, flyers... </li> <li>Improve current resources and update according to our new brand guideline </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Must have at least 2 years of elementary teaching experience </li> <li>Strong digital asset creation skills (google slides, canva...)</li> <li>Experience with AI platforms and prompt engineering </li> <li>Excellent collaboration, and written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Strong planning skills, vision, and creative intelligence</li> <li>A passion for education</li> </ul>
