Role Summary

Expected to manage end-to-end project and lead team members. Have direct involvement in customer requirement analysis, system dimensioning, network design and planning, CIQ preparation, installation, integration, acceptance testing, bug tracking migration and hand over. Responsible for budgeting and cost optimization for end-to-end solutions. Provide inter team coordination and assigning work to offshore team for change requests, testing and bug fixes, across different teams. Customer interaction for product delivery and responsible for rolling out the features in customer lab and production. Lead and carry out emergency maintenance activities to ensure service availability avoiding downtimes in case of any node failure. Involvement in customer demos for new features and products. Work on heat templates, ansible scripts and helm charts as per customer needs for the software installation. Involved in requirement, customer training and new hire training. Direct interaction with Apple team for IMAP related and client specific issues and getting the fixes implemented.

The experience that is required must have involved the following: MySQL, MariaDB, Cassandra DB, and Couchbase DB; GSM, CDMA, Volte, IMS, 4G, 5G, EPC, RAN, and 3GPP; Openstack, VMware, Kubernetes, and AWS; Wireshark, Traceroute, Netstat, NSlookup, TCPDump, and TShark; Python and UNIX Shell and Perl; RCS, TAS, VMAS, HSS, MME, VLB, MSTORE, CMS, Virtualization, SDN, RAN, and EPC.
