Role SummarySpecializes in providing assistance to field engineers, technicians, and product support in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex systems (e.g., electro/mechanical equipment, computer, complex software, or networked and wireless systems).
Expertise in Customer Support, Product support and Protocols of Packet Core which should primarily include :
- vEPC(vSAEGW & vMME)
Should have end to end understanding of the Packet Core Solutions.
Should have deep knowledge of 4G and overall understanding of latest technologies in the Telecom space including VOLTE, VoWiFi etc.
Good knowledge of Mobility call flows including but not limited to GGSN, SGSN, MME, SGW, PGW and respective integration touchpoints within a network ecosystem.
Good understanding of the 3GPP standards.
Sound understanding/Expertise of onboarding, integration of the v-EPC on the Cloud environment.
Should have understanding of the Cloud environment and understanding of how EPC solutions can be deployed over cloud.
Should have knowledge/Expertise/sound understanding of RHOSP/Docker/Containers /Kubernetes over Dell/HP.
Sound understanding of troubleshooting tools like Wireshark.
Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills and ability to work in multiple technical areas.
