Role Summary

Provides technical expertise through customer presentations, product demonstrations, installation, of company products and solutions. Assists the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions. May build POCs based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application/solution, often requiring rapid prototyping and/or product demo for client. May provide software development and consultation to customers and/or product capability assessment and validation. Ensures that the product application/solution is functioning according to specifications. May provide follow-up support to Sales, Ops and customer personnel by disseminating technical information on specific applications/solutions

Key Responsibilities

Define and document the System Architecture for the nodes (CU or DU) for each feature.

Works with the development team to ensure that the implementation conforms to the FRS requirements with future proofing for Architecture aspects.

Owns the Capacity and Dimension related aspects for the node.

Acts as a bridge between SE/PLM and R&D teams in translating the Customer requirements to the implementation.

Front ends any field issue debugging especially when it cuts across various components in a Node.

Be hands on to generate and validate the capacity aspects and or for debugging the logs and to fix critical issues when needed

Job Requirements

Bachelor or Masters degree in Engineering with at least 10 yrs if experience in wireless domain in L1 and in E2E system Engineering domains..

Minimum of 2 yrs of experience on Architecture with focus on one or more L1/2 areas, preferably for LTE or 5G domains.

Experience with NBIoT/CBRS is a plus.

Good understanding of OS concepts is a must

Knowledge on Containers and Virtualization aspects is a plus.

Excellent analytical skills is a must.

Shall be a good team player and a go-getter

Very good communication and presentation skills are a must.
