Role Summary

Mavenir is currently looking for strong business-oriented HR Lead to be based in Brno, Czechia. You will be responsible for a lean HR Team and work together with HR colleagues across the globe and with support from our CoE’s (Comp&Ben, Development, ESG and SSC etc.). You will be part of the HR EMEA Team

Key Responsibilities

  • Works with the management in location to implement business focused people operations.
  • Manage and builds relationships with key senior management to ensure HR is recognized as trusted and reliable partner.
  • Assist in developing and implementing business focused people strategies.
  • Supports the business in achieving higher levels of performance.
  • Supports local HR policy and compliance.
  • Employee care:
  • Point of contact for delivery HR processes and polices in location.
  • Responsibility for regular monitoring of payroll legal changes and proposals of changes in the compensation and wages agenda. Regular update of Contracts and amendments (templates) accordance to the country Labor Code.
  • Responsibility for archiving of all HR related documents amendments to contracts, agreements, changes letters, etc. with necessary support of HR Generalist. Hard copy files and e-files.
  • Responsibility for employees on Maternity or Paternal leave, communication, and regular update.
  • Exit process and exit interviews for all leavers.
  • Communication with state administration offices (health insurance, social security, labor office, tax office).
  • Payroll:

  • Point of contact for HR related payroll, pension and benefit questions.
  • Contact person for communication with local CZ based payroll team.
  • Check and approval of data inputs for wage processing – attendance, benefits, deductions (CZ, RO, TR, GE).
  • Preparation of information for bonuses, oncall, overtimes and their processing.
  • HR processes:

  • Local guidance for Performance Management System and trainings if needed.
  • Merit process operations guidance.
  • Employee policies and rules guidance.
  • Employee benefits guidance.
  • Benefits management:
  • Responsibility for administration of all issues related to benefits system, pension and life insurance, commercial medical, meal allowance.
  • Benefits finance admin (PR, PO, invoices, payments, contracts).
  • Responsibility for Labor protection area (occupational safety, first aid, risk at works assessment).
  • Monitoring and updating of the localized Policies.
  • Responsible for compensation data gathering benefits practice on the local market.
  • Reporting - Joiners, Leavers, Staff Overview report, headcount and attrition reports.
  • Corporate governance reporting – Czech Statistical Office, Labor office.
  • HRIS Workday data management
  • Workday configuration time and absence plans
  • Payroll related reports
  • Training & Development language training and statutory trainings.
