Role Summary

Responsibilities will include handling business user day-to-day application issues triaging and co-ordination with the functional/technical team for issue resolution, also supporting the project related activities with the team.

Key Responsibilities

• 5 to 7 years experience of Oracle R12 SCM Functional Consultant.

• Good understanding of the supply chain and manufacturing-related business processes and practices.

• Responsibilities will include handling business user day-to-day application issues triaging and co-ordination with the functional/technical team for issue resolution, also supporting the project related activities with the team.

• Should have hands-on experience in Oracle R12 modules such as Oracle Inventory, Oracle Purchasing, Oracle Order management, Oracle installed base and Oracle Discrete manufacturing modules such as BOM and WIP.

• Knowledge and hands-on experience on Oracle Projects module also desirable.

• Will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise during the business user day to day-to-day issues handling.

• Expected to coordinate with the users/team working in different time zones.

• Candidate with good English (Written + Verbal) communication skills, team player, ready to travel/relocate & available at short notice.

• Excellent communication skills, expected to work/manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
