Role Summary
Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules. Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project i.e. product on schedule and meeting quality standards.Develops, defines and executes project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables. Identifies needed resources for projects, defines and assigns major project roles.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with customer to formally kick off the implementation
• Clarify information requirements in addition to that already documented in the design
• Creation and maintenance of the project plan for the implementation and agree the target dates with customer
• Secure and schedule the Mavenir engineering resources necessary to deliver the installation
• Control and execute planned activity through implementation, ensuring quality targets are met
• Manage risks and issues with customer, escalating where required
• Communication of progress throughout the implementation and provision of weekly status reports
• Ensure the solution is fully operational and the end customer is satisfied
• Ensure all the required information is in place and customer acceptance achieved to enable handover of the solution to maintenance
• Manage change control process for requested amendments to requirements, scope, timescales or project resources
• Manage formal close out of project
