Role Summary

Specializes in providing assistance to field engineers, technicians, and product support in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex systems (e.g., electro/mechanical equipment, computer, complex software, or networked and wireless systems).

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for RAN , PACO and IMS products of Mavenir.

Monitor Packet Core network elements to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability
Proactively identify and resolve issues affecting data, voice (VoLTE), and signaling traffic
Perform 24×7 L2/L3 operational support as per shift or on-call requirements
Troubleshoot signaling and user-plane issues involving:
GTP-C / GTP-U ,Diameter, SIP,HTTP/2 (5G SBA interfaces)
Analyze interfaces such as S1, S5/S8, N2, N3, N4, N6, N11, Gy/Gx
Use protocol analyzers and traces to diagnose complex network problems

Job Requirements

10+ yrs of overall exp.. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or equivalent)
Relevant telecom certifications (preferred but not mandatory):

3GPP / LTE / 5G Core certifications

Strong understanding of LTE / EPC architecture, including:
MME, SGW, PGW, HSS, PCRF

Working knowledge of 5G Core architecture, including:
AMF, SMF, UPF, UDM, AUSF, PCF, NRF

Hands-on experience supporting data, signaling, and control plane issues
